Reservations
Bookings should be made through our website www.trentinoresidences.it or by contacting our Booking Office (Mon-Fri from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm). Acceptance of the booking will depend on availability of the specific apartment type at the specific residence for the period requested. Bookings shall only be considered confirmed once payment of the deposit has been received.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is strictly no earlier than 4.00 pm. At check-in a deposit of €150.00 will be requested, together with payment of the balance. The deposit will be returned on the day of departure after the return of the keys and following a final check of the apartment by the Residence staff. Check-out and departure must be completed strictly by 9.30 am. We kindly ask our guests to understand that arrival/departure times must be strictly observed in order to allow our cleaning service to clean and prepare the apartments for the newly arriving guests.
Cancellation terms and refunds for reservations with deposit paid by bank transfer (for reservations confirmed by credit card the conditions are indicated on the booking confirmation received by email)
In case of cancellation, guests have the right to a refund of the deposit on the following terms:
- Up to a month before arrival the cancellation is free;
- 50% of the deposit amount for cancellations from 29 to 14 working days before the beginning of the reservation;
- No refund for cancellations less than 14 working days before the beginning of the reservation.
- After the arrival at the facility, in case of departure before the day of the check-out date, there will be no refund of the nights of the stay that were not used.
Payment methods
Guests may pay the balance due upon arrival by cheque, cash, Bancomat bank transfer or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
Shared facilities
Opening times, regulations and means of access to shared facilities (swimming pool, spa, gym, arcade, baby rooms, etc.) are established by the Residence management and may vary according to the season (summer or winter) and period (high or low season).
