Reservations.

Reservations are preferably made through our website www.trentinoresidences.it or by contacting our Reservation Office (mon-fri from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm). The acceptance of the reservation will depend on the Residence availability for the type of apartment and the period you request. The reservation is considered as confirmed only after receiving the payment of the confirmatory deposit.

Arrivals and departures.

Arrivals are strictly from 4.00 pm and for no reason earlier than this time. At the check-in a deposit of Euro 150,00 will be asked together with the payment of the balance. The deposit will be given back on the departure day after the delivery of the keys and after the final check of the apartment by the Residence staff. Departures are strictly within 9.30 am and for no reason later than this time. We kindly ask our Guests to understand that arrival/departure times must be strictly observed in order to allow our cleaning service to clean and prepare the apartments for the newly arriving Guests.

Terms of cancellation and refunds.

Reservations made through our website and reservations made through our Reservation Office have the same terms of cancellation and refunds. In case of cancellation the client will have the right for a partial refund of the confirmatory deposit in the following terms:

  • 70% of the amount for cancellations 30 WORKING DAYS before the beginning of the reservation;
  • 50% of the amount for cancellations from 29 to 20 WORKING DAYS before the beginning of the reservation;
  • no refund for cancellations less than 20 WORKING DAYS before the beginning of the reservation.

Attention: postponed arrivals or anticipated departures give no right to a refund or to any other type of compensation.

Payment methods.

At arrival the client can pay the balance by check, cash, bancomat or credit card (Visa, Mastercard).

Common facilities.

Timetables, regulations and modality of access to the common facilities (swimming pool, wellness centre, gym, arcade, babyroom, etc) are established by the Residence management and they may vary according to the season (summer or winter) and the period (high or low season).
