The companies belonging to the Sergio Dalle Nogare Group (www.sergiodallenogaregroup.com), founder and owner since 1965, they operate in the tourism sector, in the construction field and in the processing of marble and granite.

The Resort chains of our group, leaders in the field of non-hotel seaside and mountain holidays, are born from an intuition: combining a holiday in an apartment with the services offered by a high-category hotel responds to a widespread need to combine independence and comfort, quality and convenience.

For those who love beach holidays, in Istria (Croatia) ours Resort Del Mar and Residence Kamenjak Premantura,with 450 apartments, they are the result of a long experience in high quality non-hotel management and a personal approach to guests. In May 2023 will open the Residence Hotel Del Mar Emotion by the sea in Liznjan (Istria, Croatia), a new large Resort with 220 apartments and 134 rooms about 15km from our Del Mar Resort.

The Trentino Residences chain includes 400 apartments distributed in the heart of the Dolomites between the Aparthotel Des Alpes, the Residence Des Alpes, the Residence Lagorai, the Aparthotel Majestic and the Garnì Aparthotel Princess.

If, on the other hand, you are planning a holiday in Prague, we will be happy to host you in one of our 100 apartments in the Prague City Residence and in the wonderful Hotel Royal Prague near the city centre.
